5. Handling of various tasks related to the rights and interests of center teachers, such as evaluations, promotions, new appointments, retirements, and selection of outstanding teaching staff.
6. Financial management and control for the center.
7. Integration of overall development strategies for the center and collaboration in executing academic research.
8. Coordination and monitoring of personnel tasks within the center and coordination of manpower scheduling for large-scale events across departments.
9. Implementation of higher education deep-plowing plans.
